Rachel Conrad Whitsitt

Rachel Whitsitt is an Overland Park family lawyer whose practice focuses on matters of divorce, paternity, child support, child custody and residency, parenting issues, and spousal maintenance. Rachel serves clients throughout Kansas and Missouri, with the majority of her practice occurring in Johnson, Wyandotte, and Jackson counties. She is a certified collaborative law practitioner. Rachel is committed to treating her clients with respect, and resolving their cases as efficiently and fairly as possible.

Upon graduating from Creighton Law School, Rachel was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October, 2010. Seeing an opportunity to join her father Michael E. Whitsitt‘s practice, Rachel returned to Kansas, and was admitted to the Kansas Bar in April, 2012 and the Missouri Bar in September, 2012. In January 2018, Rachel became a partner in the firm, forming Whitsitt & Whitsitt, LLC. Since then, she has come to be known by her clients, peers, and colleagues as one of the savviest, most formidable family law attorneys in Northeastern Kansas. Most recently, she joined Joseph, Hollander & Craft in July 2022, establishing the firm’s Overland Park family law practice.
