Biography
Cary is licensed to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Kansas and Missouri. He is committed to helping clients get a fresh start and regain financial stability. Prior to opening The Smalley Law Firm, LLC in 2011 Cary worked as an attorney at a highly respected Kansas City law firm since 2005.
Cary received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from The University of Kansas. During law school he was a volunteer with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) preparing tax returns for lower income individuals and also served as an officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.
Cary is a member of The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection and serves as a volunteer budgeter at Community LINC. He and his wife reside in Overland Park with their two dogs.
Since opening his own practice Cary is focusing his efforts on providing competent, reliable and affordable bankruptcy representation to his clients. As the owner of a smaller law practice, he is able to provide strong client service and personal attention at highly competitive rates.

Wonderful lawyer
