Down to Earth - Great Communicator - Highly Recommend!

I have never encountered any legal issues, so the whole idea of even hiring an attorney was new to me. Brandan did a great job of explaining the entire process to me, including what to expect, and answering all of my questions, etc... It definitely helped me to feel more comfortable about everything, which I really appreciated. Should I ever need any legal advise in the future I will definitely call him!

Felony to misdemeanor!

Brandan was my first experience with a lawyer, but I found him to be pleasant, honest, and good at explaining things in a way I could understand. He was also cognizant of his hourly rate and didn't seem to rack up his time with me, which I appreciated. In my case, he even helped me plea down from a high level felony to misdemeanor charges without the stress or cost of a long jury trial. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.

I have never particularly been in any substantial trouble with the law, but last year my life nearly turned upside down when I was faced with a false sexual battery accusation that would have left me, an innocent law abiding man, with over a decade on the sex offender registry had it not been for the exemplary work of Brandan Davies. Not only did Brandan go absolutely above and beyond to cover every possible issue in my case, spending countless hours going through piles of evidence, conducting investigations and research, coordinating work with experts, filing strategic motions, etc., but gave me an absolute steal of a deal in fees that essentially ended up equaling the value of three lawyers for the price of one. Furthermore, Brandan explained things thoroughly and clearly to me every step of the way, making sure that I understood every decision that was made that eventually led to my full innocence. Brandan is not only very easy to speak to but also shows genuine care and concern for his clients, and I am proud to say that I am now free to live my best life thanks to his astounding efforts in my case. Amazing Attorney

Brandan did an amazing job of handing my case. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. He was able to get me a deal better than I expected. Before we went to court he told me exactly what was going to happen and it did. Legal situations are stressful and Brandan’s knowledge and professionalism really will help put your mind at ease. Great experience for a not so great mistake!

I've never had any experience with the law and any legal related issues so it was all very scary. Brandan helped ease my mind and did all the "dirty work" so that I could continue to focus on my hectic life without the added stress of my legal/moral mistake. I appreciated his humor immensely because that is what I thrive on to be comfortable in a situation. Thank you for keeping me sane through an awful shitass bump in my life!:)

Brandon Davies

He was my first lawyer and I was glad he was!! He was not only seen as just a lawyer, he was more like a friend! He was a big help emotionally as well as financially, which was a huge help since I was on this on my own. He made my stresses and problems of my case go away with helping me. He understood mistakes people may create in life. Davies made me feel comfortable about the whole process which I really appreciated! He will be there throughout any issues or problems one may have and be there right beside you, not making you feel alone. Great Lawyer

Got into a little trouble while in Kansas. Being from Texas knew it was going to be a real hassle dealing with court and everything. Brandon made everything as easy as possible on me while taking care of my case going the extra mile to accommodate my work schedule and court appearances. Took care of a lot of the small things to keep me from having to travel up there constantly. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Davies

Brandan Davies isn’t just a lawyer, he is a really good person. He has on multiple occasions worked with me and my family as we have navigated through a huge legal mess. He never treated me with anything but the upmost respect and care, even when I messed up. He’s that person you can call from jail and will be there on that other end of the phone. I remember our first meeting, and to be honest every one from there on out. He puts in the work to explain everything in great detail and inform me on all my options and advise me toward great outcomes. It’s hard, especially in the Johnson County area to find good legal counsel, for me a lot of times it felt like I was just another client. But with Brandan he’s there, during one of the hardest, scariest, and hectic times of your life. I am honestly surprised he is not more well known in Kansas. He should be. Hire him. You won’t regret it.

Extremely helpful

I am 18 and ignorant to the laws of Kansas. Brandon Davies helped me out with a case 2 hours + from where he usually practices. Brandon walked me through all scenarios good and bad for the situation I was in. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and was always available if I had any questions. We only made 1 trip down to Chanute Kansas and had everything else done over the phone. I appreciate everything he helped me with.

Everything I Wanted in an Attorney

I hired Brandon after being charged with two very serious violent felonies. My consultation with him gave me the confidence to continue on with my life while he handled my legal affairs. I certainly did not make it easy on him, violating bond several times, but he never lost his temper and always fought for me however he could. He was able to reduce my charges from a potential 10 year stint in prison to a year probation. Needless to say, I can not recommend Brandon highly enough. He is professional, courteous, helpful and will fight for you as he did for me. If you have legal issues in Overland Park please consider him.

Just what I needed!

He took care of my moving violation tickets faster, easier and cheaper than I had any expectation of. Both Brandon and the receptionist were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to with great customer service. I was fretting a bit because the courtdate was at a bad time for me, and right away Brandon put me at ease saying he'd reschedule the courtdate for a lawyers-only day and I could just keep working my jobs without having to worry about schedules. Going forward he kept me in the loop without being annoying in the slightest, so there's really nothing he could've done to improve the experience. Hired him because it was right next to where I got my tickets, but would most definitely go out of my way to hire him again.
