Stay away from this guy
Huge mistake, as soon as you sign on communication stops and he is hostile when you ask for updates, constant staff changes, overbilling, dropped me right before court when I questioned the billing. Huge waste of time and money.

The Kansas Court of Appeals reversed a portion of the damages awarded, with one member of the panel submitting a scathing dissent. The Kansas Supreme Court accepted the case for further appeal, which is currently pending.
The court found that the trial court erred in a number of respects, favoring Mr. Kraft's client, but found that the errors were harmless.
The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court.
The Kansas Court of appeals affirmed judgment in Mr. Kraft's client's favor, fdinding that the homeowner did violate the covenants, but the homes association waived its ability to enforce it. .
