Eric Kraft has been practicing law for 24 years, specializing in real estate transactions and business litigation. After working in larger law firms, he opened the doors of Kraft Law in 2014 to help his clients achieve their goals with cost-effective legal counsel.
Recognized as "Best of the Bar" by the Kansas City Business Journal, Eric has prosecuted claims and defended clients in Kansas and Missouri state courts, the Kansas Court of Appeal, Missouri Courts of Appeal, the Kansas Supreme Court, federal courts in Kansas and Missouri, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in arbitration.
Eric graduated from Wichita State University with a B.A. in Economics and earned his law degree from the University of Washburn School of Law. He also received extensive training as a mediator.

Karbank Hold., LLC v. Reg. Evangel. Alliance of Churches, Inc., et al. , Docket No. 124,892 (Kan. App. Sept. 29, 2023).
The Kansas Court of Appeals reversed a portion of the damages awarded, with one member of the panel submitting a scathing dissent. The Kansas Supreme Court accepted the case for further appeal, which is currently pending.
In re Rockhill Pain Specialists, P.A.,412 P.3d 1008, 55 Kan. App. 2d 161 (Kan. Ct. App. 2017).
The court found that the trial court erred in a number of respects, favoring Mr. Kraft's client, but found that the errors were harmless.
