I hired Mike Schilling to help with a tenant eviction at my father's house. I was very impressed in how quickly Mike would respond to my phone calls and emails and how he explained the process to me. He filed the eviction immediately with Jackson County and he had a court date set up. The summons ...was delivered to the tenants in just a few days. I was happy when he said he would go to court on our behalf and did not need us to join him. The tenants moved out before it went to court. Mike reimbursed me $100 because the court date was cancelled. Most attorneys would not do that. Mike took care of things quickly and I did not have to wait around to hear back from him. I will definitely use Mike again and recommend his services.
