Dale helped our company with several patents. He was up-front with us from day one and always made himself available every time we needed (and continue to need) his guidance, which isn't common among lawyers. He provided sound advice every step of the way and we continue to consult with his firm. Not... all of our patents were approved, but he did voice his concerns before-hand and we still decided to move forward. In the end, we did get approval on some of our important patents and our company would make the exact same decisions over again given the chance. His staff has always been helpful and polite.
