I did not have a good experience with Dale. I was working to get a trademark for an idea that I had and connected with dale. Right away I noticed he seemed kind of pushy asking me questions that I figured would not be asked during the first phone call. After that it seemed that the process was going ...smoothly. I paid dale and everything was going great. Out of nowhere dale emails me and states that there is another company trying to oppose my trademark even though I applied for mine 6 months in advance and also it was only for the trademark name stating that it was too similar to the other company's. Dale told me we didn't have a fighting chance and that I should ask to be paid out. Since I had never done this before I listened to him because i didn't know what else to do. I ended up losing money and only was paid out for about 50% of what I had already had in to the trade mark. After everything was said and done I received my money (after asking for it multiple times) and i started doing research and the company Dale told me about that wanted to oppose my trademark, I could not find any information about them anywhere. After talking to other attorneys over the years about other ideas and explaining my situation with Dale to them they stated that something was off with every bit of the situation. After learning some stuff I emailed Dale to ask a few more questions about the situation but never received a reply. There were a lot of red flags during this situation but I put my trust in to someone else because I didn't know what/how to go about what I wanted to trademark and I regret that.
