Dale is on the ball. Anytime I need something, I have an answer in a half hour. He helped me with an unfortunate situation and he went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of at a time when I wasn't even a client of his and he was not billing me one penny. I feel like I can trust him ...with my business and I feel he is not going to jack me around with fees. I highly recommend him!

Dale helped our company with several patents. He was up-front with us from day one and always made himself available every time we needed (and continue to need) his guidance, which isn't common among lawyers. He provided sound advice every step of the way and we continue to consult with his firm. Not... all of our patents were approved, but he did voice his concerns before-hand and we still decided to move forward. In the end, we did get approval on some of our important patents and our company would make the exact same decisions over again given the chance. His staff has always been helpful and polite. I've spoke with Dale personally regarding our company's patents and he certainly knows his stuff. It was by far, the best experience I have personally had with any of the many lawyers we've hired and recommend him to anyone searching for patent help.
