Mrs Poe handled a divorce for me from the very minute I was served living in Texas, had to find a lawyer in Kansas. I called her from the second. I spoke to her on the phone. She went running to help me. She even started the case, as soon as we got off the phone collecting details and information a...nd went to fight for me, which it turned out my way exactly how I asked for it to work family court divorce custody cases are brutal. She made it super simple. I don’t think I cried one time no joke. I don’t even think I really even got angry. She said relax and let me handle it. What she did. I would recommend her all the way if you have a custody child case or a divorce she’s the woman for the job. I promise you her fee was very fair and she called me back as soon as I left a message every time she would reach out to me and check on me. Make sure I was doing OK being I lived out of state. I did zoom calls. She made sure that I had all the information for that to show up. She is a phenomenal mother and an attorney if you’re looking for someone to fight for you whether you’re a woman or a man but have a case that needs love understanding and a good fight. She is going to win for you. She is aggressive and wonderful and kind. I thank God for her.

She makes a lot of promises that she fails to keep. She has to be reminded to do her job that you hired her to do, and sometimes that isn't even enough. She doesn't return phone calls when she says she is going to. She doesn't put in any effort to fight for the person she is representing. I would lik...e to say that the only thing she is good for us filing paperwork, but she can't even do that in a timely manner. If your only option is Ms. Poe, save yourself the money and headache and represent yourself - you'll probably get the same result.

If you like to be ghosted by an attorney BreAnne is the attorney for you. She is unprofessional and will not get back with you, leaving you hanging, out to dry and needing to find new counsel. I didn’t want to leave this review, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but when I went three m...onths and never heard from her, enough is enough. You have the draw the line and have respect for yourself and your child who you’re trying to have custody for.
