She makes a lot of promises that she fails to keep. She has to be reminded to do her job that you hired her to do, and sometimes that isn't even enough. She doesn't return phone calls when she says she is going to. She doesn't put in any effort to fight for the person she is representing. I would lik...e to say that the only thing she is good for us filing paperwork, but she can't even do that in a timely manner.
