When Michael took my cases, my licence was suspended in Overland Park and Olathe. I had missed court for close to 6 months and had racked up 3 driving while suspended charges and a 30 over speeding ticket. Michael took care of the Olathe municipal within a few weeks. I had a driving while suspended ...and driving without insurance and after he got it moved to nothing but a fine. He even gave me a ride home when I locked my keys in my car! He helped me get restricted driving privileges so I could drive to work and school while I got back on track. Once it was all said and done I served no jail time (pretty crazy considering I had gotten 3 DWS in under 1 year) and paid under $600 in fines. The day they dropped the suspension he drove me all the way to the DMV to get my licence. Michael is definitely one of the best affordable lawyers in Johnson County, and a good guy in general. Did I mention that at the time this was all happening I was 18 years old, seeking counsel without the help of my parents? Any selfish lawyer could have ripped me off easily. Overall, Michael is a funny, easy going guy that is passionate and serious about his work.

About a year ago, my landlord decided theu no longer wanted to renew a lease ,but the issue was that it had already started the new year when they changed their mind I contacted and consulted Michael . He assured me that I had did nothing wrong and not to worry , because I was in within the Landlord... tenant laws .
