Knowledgeable & Aggressive
Kelli was amazing during my parental case. Calm, cool and super aggressive we were ordered everything I wanted and THEN some. Efficient with her time, billing was very reasonable! Her team is great. Will refer her to friends, family and co-workers in the future!

Definitely recomend
Kelli was great. She wasn't about trying to get the most money and time out of me like some lawyers. She knew here stuff for family law. She gave me the best advice for my situation even if that meant not getting my money.

Expensive and impersonal
I hired Kelli for my divorce in Johnson county court recently. She was not cheap by any means and despite paying a substantial sum, I was ultimately not satisfied with her services, her demeanor and nor the results. Replied last January 09, 2018While the cost of a divorce can vary a great deal, I do believe my rates are very fair given my experience and reputation in the community. I address billing up front with my clients, including a detailed verbal explanation of the fee structure during the initial consultation and a detailed written explanation of the fee structure in the engagement letter at the time I am retained. I make every effort to be respectful of my clients’ funds—frequently pointing out when the cost may not equal the reward and offering alternative options. I encourage all of my clients to come to me with billing concerns—and while such concerns are rare, any time an issue has been raised, it has been addressed and resolved immediately. While it is always disappointing to hear that someone was not satisfied with my demeanor, I recognize that not all personalities mesh. During consultations, I frequently encourage prospective clients to interview a variety of attorneys so that they can find the right fit. It is important for prospective clients to find an attorney who is a good match in a variety of ways, including their philosophy on how to approach a divorce action. Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee any results. My goal in every case is to help my client establish realistic expectations based on my experience and knowledge; then, through a thoughtful strategy and approach, strive to meet those expectations. Excellent Results and Highly Recommended!!
Kelli has helped me on several occasions with custody challenges and financial obligations. On every occasion she has found errors by the opposing attorney which has greatly benefited me financially. If I were to do an ROI, I would rate Kelli a 10!
