I brought Tim a situation with low chances of a good outcome. Tim told me that he would fight to get even more than I wanted. With his hard work, we got the resolution we wanted and even removed lots of extra fees and expenses from the judgement. Mr. O'Keefe did an excellent job of representation. My daughter was involved in an altercation at school. According to the School Resource Officer (SRO), he was going to send the investigation to the DA's office for charges against my daughter and the other girl initially. After obtaining Mr. O'Keef...e to represent her, he made all of the necessary phone conversations and letters that I believe changed the course of action. Ultimately, the SRO reached out to Mr. O'Keefe to state that he was no longer sending the investigation to the DA’s office after further advisement from his Supervisor. I believe it was the swift actions from Mr. O'Keefe that made the difference. Thank you so much.
