Timothy Ambrose O'Keefe

I was referred to Tim O'Keefe by legal shield for my case. I was charged with Third-degree assault, False imprisonment, and blocking a road. Tim did a lot of homework to find ALL of the facts of this case which provided him with the understanding of why it all happened. I was attempting to protect my... kids in what I thought was a dangerous situation which turned into me getting the ticket instead. Through out the entire process Tim never gave me false hopes or dreams as far as outcomes on my case. He knows his job well and seems to enjoy protecting the rights of those whom hire him. Tim O’Keefe is so professional while being personal, that I can’t imagine a better lawyer to hire for anything. I was charged with a domestic violence assault which I was not guilty for; and working with the Lakewood courts and Covid procedures, Mr O’Keefe managed to get a trial date set after a de...lay of almost six months. The jury returned before 15 min had passed and found me NOT GUILTY of any assault!! I realized this was all because of Mr O’Keefe’s legal knowledge AND his presence in the court room. He is honestly my hero!, this was a 6 month ordeal for me that only Tim O’Keefe got me through.

Mr. Timothy O'Keefe represented our family member resulting in the felony charges being reduced to diversion. I highly endorse Mr. O'Keefe. To with, he kept us abreast frequently and comprehensively of the process, our options and the best course of action to take.
