Tim is a great lawyer I went from multiple felony charges to getting a deferred judgment and 2 misdemeanor. You can tell he is a good person which is good because he made sure I wasn’t confused about anything. We went through everything either in person or on the phone. He also made sure to tell me a...ll the possible outcomes of my case. He is very straightforward. I would say I’m only out because of him, if I were to go with a public defender I’d be in jail. Very good lawyer he also told me I could get a discount through legal shield as well. I mean he’s a great lawyer and person, you will not be disappointed with his work.

Mr. O'Keefe was an excellent choice for a lawyer. I really got lucky that he was available to take my case. Had a DV case that he ultimately got dismissed with no stipulations; records sealed. Which was due to the hard work and due diligence he took handling the case, even when the DA tried to muddy ...the waters and drag things out. I was referred to Tim O'Keefe by legal shield for my case. I was charged with Third-degree assault, False imprisonment, and blocking a road. Tim did a lot of homework to find ALL of the facts of this case which provided him with the understanding of why it all happened. I was attempting to protect my... kids in what I thought was a dangerous situation which turned into me getting the ticket instead.
