Michael S. Lee

Mr. Lee was recommended by a friend. I had called and left a couple of messages. He had returned my call both times, but I was unable to answer. I spoke with my employer so I could answer his call regardless of the time to ensure I could speak with him the next time he called. When we finally talked..., he was brief and unresponsive while I was explaining my situation dealing with emotional abuse and consulting for a legal separation. It was a difficult call to make, he showed no compassion, and while I was speaking, the phone call was disconnected. I called back immediately. After calling 2-3 times, I left a message. I called back a few times the days following that. It has been a few weeks with no response, explanation, or return call from him.

Michael was always on time for Court and gave me many opportunities to ask questions before and after hearings. I love that Michael is so laid back, funny, kind, and explains things in such a way I never have doubts. I would highly recommend Michael for your divorce, custody, or PFA needs!

When searching for an attorney, Mr. Lee was one of the few to call back promptly and not seem like he wanted to make my case unnecessarily more complicated. My case was mostly uncontested to establish parenting time and child support. Mr. Lee prepared paperwork and scheduled proceedings promptly. The...re was minor interaction/negotiation with the opposing party, who did not hire an attorney, which was handled respectfully while still keeping my best interests in mind. I also appreciated the free consultation and felt the fees were very fair for the service provided.
