Biography
I am a former Army JAG Corps attorney with over 31-years of legal experience. I am located in Lawrence, Kansas, and I focus exclusively on criminal defense in federal, state and municipal courts. Unlike some criminal defense attorneys, I do not make outrageous claims or promises that I cannot keep nor do I charge exorbitant fees. My goal in every case is to achieve the best possible outcome for my client under the unique circumstances of their situation.
When I'm not working I like to spend time with my kids and friends, travel, compete against myself in obstacle course races (e.g., Tough Mudder), ride my mountain bike and otherwise stay active.
