Biography
David Caviness was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps after graduating from high school. After the Marines, Dave graduated from Oklahoma State University, with a degree in journalism. Prior to entering law school, he worked as a journalist in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1990.
Dave is licensed in the states of Missouri, Kansas and Texas and is a member of the Texas and Missouri Bar Associations. Dave is licensed in the following state courts: Missouri, Kansas and Texas as well as the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri. He has over 20 years experience in civil litigation, real estate and bankruptcy matters and has litigated cases in most Missouri counties.

Hired this attorney. He took $500.00 upfront to "research" my case. He made a lot of promises. He never followed up., when I contacted him., he sent me a vague email clearly showing he had not done anything in my case!
