Traffic ticket mailer
I received a traffic ticket in Jasper county a few weeks back that led to receiving an “advertisement” from Springfield Traffic Tickets. The advertisement stated, “Our flat-rate fee starts at $100 for a standard traffic ticket.” Thinking I received a standard ticket I contacted them via a phone call....
