John didn't show up for the first court date and then postponed two more times. He lied and said the court postponed.it was him My son got his drivers license taken away and has to get sr22 for two years only because John didn't file an appeal before 30 days. He wouldn't return phone calls. When we f...inally got a hold of him he said none of it was his fault and he said I was checking up/following up too much with him and he quit the case. So all in all something that could've taken 1.5 months has now taken 3 months we have no lawyer and no refund and my son has to pay for sr22 and breathalyzer and $100 calibration every month~and he doesn't even drink!!! That's what the appeal was all about. John hacker: INCOMPETENT. RUDE. AND A QUITTER I highly advise everyone to stay away from his law office. We will try to get his license taken or have him disbarred. He is TERRIBLE!!!!
