When my sister passed away, I suddenly became the trustee for the trust fund that she had set up for her two sons and also the personal representative for her estate. Consequently I found myself confronted with a lot of complex issues many of which had financial implications as well as legal implica...tions. To make matters worse, I live in Texas whereas the trust and estate needed to be handled according to Missouri law.
