When my sister passed away, I suddenly became the trustee for the trust fund that she had set up for her two sons and also the personal representative for her estate. Consequently I found myself confronted with a lot of complex issues many of which had financial implications as well as legal implica...tions. To make matters worse, I live in Texas whereas the trust and estate needed to be handled according to Missouri law. I initially consulted with another estate attorney and another accountant, but became frustrated by the fact that neither one had the expertise to fully answer many of my financial/legal questions. Finally I was referred to Andy Peebles who agreed to work with a CPA, Andy Robinson, to jointly answer all of my questions. He was also willing to answer my questions via email without requiring me to travel from Texas to Missouri. True to his word, Andy reviewed the trust and will documents and provided me with written answers to each of my twenty questions as well as guidance on related issues that hadn’t yet occurred to me. His responses were not only prompt but well-articulated. I feel fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him to anyone in similar circumstances.
