Fantastic and knowledgable

I hired Joe to do a full estate plan for me. He was very kind and thoughtful. His prices are very good especially compared to other estate planning and elder law attorneys I contacted. He is very time efficient as well. I highly recommend him.

Took the time to educate and explain my need for a Living Trust.
Joe provided a complete, detailed explanation of the documents he was preparing for our estate plan. The conversation was more than just the Trust documents. We spent time discussing the needs of our estate plan and the protection of assets. There was a lot that we had not considered that was brought out in the discussion and great time was taken to satisfy each of my concerns/questions. I trust the integrity of the firm and know Joe will be around for consultation in the coming years.

Durable Power of Attorney
Joe provided excellent, quick, and personal service for our family after we learned that my mother's 20-year-old Power of Attorney document was invalid. Due to my mother's failing health time was of the essence. Joe personally delivered the new document to her hospital room for her signature and he notarized it on the spot. She was hospitalized 40 miles or so from his office and he did all this on a Saturday. We so appreciate the extra effort Joe made for our family.
