WOW - AMAZING experience with Josh Garret's Law Firm including his paralegal, Sarah. I had a relatively complicated matter involving an out of date parenting plan cross two states and internationally, and his team nailed it!!! They were very responsive, always getting back to me no later than 1... business day. They kept the court on their heels and the case moving forward. They listened to my needs, and they also respected the cost of the matter and tried to "bundle" questions into single correspondences, at my request. They navigated the case intelligently, and always remained professional. I can't say I've ever "liked" a lawyer (sorry, but true!), but I can honestly say I would not hesitate to use Josh's firm again, or recommend this firm HIGHLY to anyone that needs a good family Lawyer in the State of Missouri. Positively the best legal experience I have ever had! I live in St. Louis and had hired representation locally. Unfortunately, after 7 months I found that my money had been taken and absolutely nothing had been done on my case for Taney county. I found Josh's law firm online (as well as a few others)... and made a call. From the very first communication everything was handled professionally and compassionately. I had a hearing scheduled less than a week from that phone call. Everything leading up to and after the hearing was communicated efficiently though a portal. Documents posted, meetings/hearings scheduled, questions answered, etc. I showed up for the hearing, met Josh in person, and everything was settled THAT DAY! When you seek legal representation you are most likely in an emotional state of mind with fear and anger. I wish this law firm was local to me so that I could recommend them to people I know personally, so my hope is they receive recognition for the outstanding job they do in Taney County. As a team they are efficient at communication, representation, setting realistic expectations (and exceeding them!), and compassion. I’m from out of state. Blew well over the limit! I haven’t a previous record, and a perfect driving score. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to travel, get my license back, do jail time?! With in a month, all charges were dropped, without a trial, I paid a minor fine & my license was handed to Mr. Garrett..., then returned to me promptly!
