Biography
Joshua Garrett is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Missouri. Once employed at Smith Law Firm, he has now opened his own firm, The Garrett Law Firm in Branson, MO, with an interest in criminal, family, and personal injury law. He is one of only a handful of Rule 12 approved mediators in Taney County, a certified GAL, and the President of the Taney County Bar Association.
At Washburn, Joshua graduated with a Juris Doctorate in only two years and was the winner of the Max Rowinsky Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice. Prior to law school, Joshua was born in Springfield, Missouri and spent the past ten years working as a political consultant on various campaigns throughout the country.
Joshua currently lives in Springfield with his wife, Lara and their two children.

Excellent attorney
When I got a shoplifting charge I came home called around and no one was available I found Mr. Garrett and he answered looked over my case told me over the phone what to expect in my situation and that’s exactly what happened if u want a good crimal attorney go to him!!!!
