Best decision we ever made!

We hired Barney for a serious driving case. He was extremely helpful in telling us things we could do prior to court to better our chances for a good outcome. Carrie (office) was also very helpful. Mr. Naioti went over things step by step and made us feel comfortable and confident.

Above and beyond

Barney represented me on some felony criminal cases from my early adolescent. I had struggled with drugs and alcohol in my late teens. The charges were extensive and I thought my future was over before it started. Barney fought for me. He arranged a plea agreement that, given the rigorous work on my ...part, would one day make me a free person. And it did. I am forever grateful for my second chance in life. Liability Law Suit

I was faced with a bogus liability law suit and Barney took the time to truly understand the issue, researched the info I provided, and ultimately was able to get the suit dropped by the Plaintiff's Attorney. Barney is easy to work with, honest, and easily contacted (unlike other attorney's who want... you to talk with their staff).
