Civil case

I interviewed several attorneys before I hired Barney. This attorney took the time to sit and listen to my case, went through all the paperwork that was filed with the court system, Barney Naioti took my case on. I am a real estate investor, and this case started with a squatter and took many twists,... and turns due to the persistence of this attorney he uncovered so many important pieces of evidence, when we met up for the first time he had all ready work on this case . I was very impressed of the information he had already found in a short amount of time. This case took a little over a year and a half. Barney Naioti keeps you very informed. I always received a letter in the mail and he would always email and then follow up with a phone call. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case. With his persistence And him believing in me this case went to trial and justice was served. I was acquitted of all charges. I highly recommend him and I would definitely use him again.

Power of Attorney

This was a difficult situation because I am an out of state client trying to deal with situations in Forsyth. Barney treated me with respect and was patient with me when I didn't understand. He even went way out of his way to handle the situation's paperwork signing. I am VERY thankful that Barne...y is on my side!!

Felony Assult Charge

I was charged with a bogus assult charge in 2012, the prosecuters had made a plea offer that I declined due to the fact I would never admit to guilt if I was innocent. I talked to several lawyers in the area and felt like most of them were more then happy to take my retainer as if I was just another... number. When I met with Mr Naioti I felt he was involved and took my case very serious due to the allegations and sentence I would have received if I was found guilty. Long story short after depositions and numerous hours on my case we went to trial, I can tell you I have never scene a more organized, surgical Lawyer like Mr Naoti, after 9 hours of deliberation, he ended with his closing arguments, as satisfied as I was before I was overwhelmed with the way he constructed the closing arguments and put everything together. We Won the Case, and justice was served. Trust me when I say this court is not a joke and if you are going to pay for a lawyer you better be sure you have the right one. Thank You Mr Naoiti your representation was PRICELESS!!

Hurt My Case

This is my honest account of my personal experience as a client of Barney Naioti. I hired Barney Naioti to represent me in a case that was easily winnable but I felt that Barney may have been working against me with the prosecution. Barney refused to talk on the phone, only sent out time consuming le...tters and would not form any sort strategic plan of defense in time to counteract the prosecution. Specifically, he informed me that he was to have no contact with the witness which was legally and factually incorrect. As a result of stalling and this misinformation, he really hurt and delayed my case and my livelihood. I don't feel he had my best interest at heart, only his own and the prosecutors interest as long as he was making his money. I believe Mr. Naioti at the least wasn't truthful with me personally as one of his client and perhaps thought he would make easier money withholding information from me on my pretty solid case by weakening it, and attempting to exhaust me, his client into a plea bargain much like the prosecution. When I found this out, Barney quit my case and gave me my money back.

I regret that this client was dissatisfied, and I agree that I voluntarily returned her entire fee after we reached a disagreement over the best legal strategy for her case. Otherwise I respectfully disagree with her story. I have based my entire career on honesty and have built an excellent reputation among local judges, attorneys and clients. In fact, most of my business comes from direct referrals from attorneys and former clients. I can proudly say I’ve never received an admonishment or even a warning letter from the Bar, which is a good record for any attorney after 20 years of practice. I am proud of the level of communication and service we provide to our clients.
