after telling him my story he said he would take my case. after a meeting with the other lawyers (whom i was fighting against) he felt confident on some ways we had to win the case. then after a couple extensions on court dates something seemed to change in him. like he didn’t care either way. we nev...er really addressed my concerns with how we should fight it. he wouldn’t really keep good communication open, just never really answering my texts until he would just text me days/weeks later with a statement about something completely different. then i get a call about missing the final court date, he said sorry. sorry didn’t get the job done with me especially with how fast he expected paid . he hasn’t called since. it’s like at some point he got paid by the other party and knew he was getting paid by me so either way he wins. would not recommend, which is a shame. i thought he would’ve gone to war for me being from the same town i went to college in and also from the same fraternity.
