Extremely happy

Where to start, my case was a very long drawn out ordeal. 2 years for divorce and then a year long custody battle shortly after that. Mr Hamblin and his staff worked extremely long and hard during the entire process. Mr. Hamblin is extremely knowledgeable with family law. Any question that I had was ...answered promptly and honestly. I was never led on about anything or given false hope. Any time I had a "panic" moment Mr. Hamblin was quick to resolve and calm my nerves, believe me there was a lot. He was very patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly in language I could understand. Words cant express how truly grateful my family and myself are to Mr. Hamblin.

Very Pleased.

We were forced to hire an attorney when my childrens’ absentee father decided that he suddenly wanted to file for joint custody. After my consultation we decided Mr. Hamblin was who we needed. He was straightforward about all of the possible outcomes, and what we could and couldn’t do. He knows the l...aw very well, and did not ever lead me to believe that he could promise a specific outcome, but that he would do his very best to represent us. He was calm, caring, and confident all throughout our trial, which can be very intense. Even after the trial when he had to deal with an appeal he did his best for us. He or his secretary always answered my emails very promptly and even spent time on the phone with me explaining the process and answering all my questions. I’m so thankful that we chose to use Mr. Hamblin to represent us and our children. Continuing to have full custody of my children is an answer to prayer, and God used this man to walk us through a very difficult time.

Amazing

I have dealt with a few for name change, custody etc... And point blank even if someone else says they will handle a legal matter for free, I will go to Scott. He has handled three adoptions and a name change for me and without any stress or drama. That is absolutely amazing and beyond impressive.

Our go to lawyer

Scott Hamblin is the best lawyer any money could buy. He has gotten my boyfriend out of going to prison for a probation violation for a DWI. He has had a couple offenses on him in the past and Scott saved him from a few years down and was able to get him in a program where he was home and and able to... work. Now we are going through a nasty legal custody battle and Scott has been there ONCE AGAIN every step of the way to fill us in on every move being made and him and his secretary are very quick to respond. I will never go anywhere else with any legal issues. Scott is the one and only lawyer I'd recommend for any issue.

Fighting for to be involved.

Mr. Hamblin represented me through a very long and enduring custody battle as he was only about five years into his practice at this time. The greatest qualitys I feel he provided was integrity and knowledge. He understood the law and state statues to a superior degree than even the judge in most c...ases. Although the end results in my case were not as desirable as I would have liked I can honestly say that out of the four attorneys I had retained prior, Mr. Hamblin was far superior in his efforts and ability. If you are looking for a qualified attorney that you can count on to keep you informed and respond in a timely manner, Mr. Hamblin is the one for you.
