Why are you asking this? Are you trying to circumvent child pornography laws? I don't think you will find many lawyers here keen to give advice on how to get away with crimes or toe the line. Not everything that is "legal" is "right."
This got sent out to us as an Entertainment Law question. I see it as more of a criminal law question. I think your best bet is to interview your state attorney or someone in the MO attorney general's office, and see what they say about it, and how their arrests and convictions have been going.
If my answer was helpful to you, I would appreciate if you would mark it either "helpful" or "best answer" if you feel that applies, as AVVO gives us rating points based on feedback. Thank you! Please note that the above answer is not to be construed as legal advice. It is my personal opinion based on your question, and it was given without obtaining the detailed information that I would normally request in order to render comprehensive legal advice. I advise you to consult with a local attorney of your choosing to obtain specific legal advice. The fact that I answered your question does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and me.
Just because something is legal does not make it right. This is not a question for the Entertainment law area. I am redirecting it to the criminal area. Which should be a hint to you the asker that you are on shaky ground and probably should consult a private attorney or just drop the matter completely.
I am an attorney licensed to practice in Texas, Louisiana and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Laws vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and the above may not be an accurate assessment of the laws for your area. The above should be taken as general guidance and not specific legal advice. For specific legal advice you should seek a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction practicing in the area specific to your issue. The above does not constitute or establish an attorney client relationship. If you wish to receive specific advice about your legal issue, then contact my office to schedule a personal consultation.
The behavior you descried can be punishable under federal and state law in certain circumstances and can further result in mandatory minimum sentences under federal law (meaning going to prison for a long time). I suggest you not comment further on this subject on this site or any social media site or internet site such as FaceBook, Instagram, message boards, etc. Instead, pay some money and speak with an attorney in person to answer your questions.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
