Duane started Price & Randle, LLC with his friend and colleague Matt Price. Duane focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, including automobile accidents, boating accidents and wrongful death. Duane also maintains an active criminal defense practice.

 

Duane enjoys getting to know his clients while at the same time helping them navigate the often confusing legal system. Duane considers many of his clients to be personal friends. Duane considers it especially important to return calls from clients within the same business day, whenever possible.

 

Duane grew up in Abilene, Kansas. Duane attended law school at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, clerking for the firm of Wright, Henson, Somers, Sebelius, Clark & Baker. Duane first became licensed to practice law in Kansas in 2001, prior to moving to Missouri. Duane is proud to call the Lake of the Ozarks his home.

 

Duane is admitted to practice in all Missouri and Kansas state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and United States District Court of the District of Kansas. He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

 

Duane and his family live in the Lake of the Ozarks area and he is active in his Church and community, currently serving as a board member for Medical Missions for Christ.

The best at the lake!
I would recommend Duane Randle to anyone looking for a great attorney that's on your side! Duane is professional and trustworthy. He sat down with me and explained how he would be able to help me, answered every question I had and continued that through the whole process. He was always prompt to answer answering questions (that I may forgotten during our meetings) and made sure I understood what was happening the whole step of the way. He is a person that wouldn't give up until I received that settlement I wanted and deserved. So if your looking for a all around good person, this is the man you want to call!

Honesty with genuine care and an painless process!
I suffered a near fatal motorcycle accident, Duane Randle came highly recommended by a former Prosecutor, friend and family lawyer! I was thoroughly impressed with his level of honesty and genuine care for my situation and making sure my needs we're paramount. Definitely NOT an "ambulance chaser"! Communication was great, everything was explained very well and everything was taken care of by his office so I could focus on healing and learning to walk again, without the negligent parties insurance companies and their lawyers bothering me!

Duane Review
Duane answered all of my questions, and it took a load of worry off of my shoulders once he took on my case. I was really being pressured by the insurance guy to take their offer, but once Duane got involved, I did not have to speak to that guy again. I was very happy with the settlement, and I really felt like Duane and his staff cared about my case. Thanks!
