I lived out of town and I called Barbra office and talked to Heather for a bit to give her my situation and then she transferred me to talk to Barbra and so with out ever meeting either of them face to face I knew I needed to hire Barbra. Did not keep us informed. Did not explain the terms. Did not answer calls. Did not work for us in our best interest.
