Prior to joining Checkett & Pauly, Tymon worked for several years in Springfield, Missouri, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Workers’ Compensation Defense, and Insurance Defense. In 2012, Tymon graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a Joseph T. Capelli Scholar, and a recipient of awards for excellence in coursework in Banking Law and Conflicts of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tymon graduated in 2009 with his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from The American University in Washington, DC.
Tymon is involved in a number community organizations and activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly and sons Oliver and Peter. He also enjoys reading, hunting, and watching the Missouri Tigers and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Business Contract
Tymon wrote a business contract for us, and he did a great job. He explained things well, made several good suggestions that we had not thought of, and got the contract written on our timeline. We will use him again when our business needs a contract written.
