Prior to joining Checkett & Pauly, Tymon worked for several years in Springfield, Missouri, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Workers’ Compensation Defense, and Insurance Defense. In 2012, Tymon graduated with his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a Joseph T. Capelli Scholar, and a recipient of awards for excellence in coursework in Banking Law and Conflicts of Law. Prior to attending law school, Tymon graduated in 2009 with his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from The American University in Washington, DC.
Tymon is involved in a number community organizations and activities. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kimberly and sons Oliver and Peter. He also enjoys reading, hunting, and watching the Missouri Tigers and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Tymon is the best!
I don’t think I could have hired a bette attorney for my case. Tymon was incredibly informative & made the complicated legal process very clear. He was always prepared, and was always quick to reach out to me with developments. I would highly recommend Tymon Bay.

Great
Extremely professional. Explained everything to me where I could understand, never needed to hire a lawyer before now made me feel comfortable.
