I was not asked to write this review by anyone. Out of gratitude I write this review. I will summarize this review at the beginning. If you need a knowledgeable and honest lawyer, then look no further than Tymon Bay. Why do I make this statement? My journey with Tymon started on April 27, ...2018, when I desperately needed quick legal advice on a Beneficiary Deed and probate estate. I was told by Jasper County appraisal district that a Beneficiary Deed for Carthage real estate in my name was not valid because of a date error. I contacted Tymon and he agreed there was a legal date problem with the deed, which meant I owned nothing. However, Tymon stated I think you may still legally own the property and I can research this for you if you want. The legal investment was minimal compared to the potential gain. At this point, I committed to have Tymon legally represent me. Three months later Tymon pleaded to the court they I legally owned the property - I will not explain the complex details. To my surprise, I was awarded 100% ownership of the property. The property was subsequently sold for $300,000. During this journey, I felt Tymon's consulting charges were fare - no overbilling. Also, I was continually amazed with Tymon's knowledge of the law and his willingness to admit when he did not know the answer but would perform research. This was an extremely unusual and complicated case involving probate and deeds.

I first contacted Tymon to handle my divorce. He was very professional and polite. He treated me like a person with feelings and not just another client and a paycheck. Over the course of a two year grueling divorce, Tymon worked very hard to keep everything fair. He always had my best interest in mi...nd and communicated with me regularly. Tymon is very patient and understanding. Since my divorce he has also handled another case for me and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I am very grateful for the hard work Tymon put into both of my cases. I hope I don’t ever have the need for an attorney again but if I do, I will hire Tymon again.
