Poor Communication

My husband and I were referred to Chris Warden for our case of suing the previous owner of our house for fraud and/or negligence. We explained the issue to Chris and he told us what our options were. We came to the conclusion we were going to send a demand letter to the previous owner of our home. It... was very difficult to get ahold of Chris and we would have to call his office every day to try and get an update, but were never able to get ahold of him. We also tried emailing him but he never would get back with us to update us. We were finally able to get ahold of Chris and he said he could do the demand letter but it would take him about a week to draft one, and he told us it would be around $300. We were prepared to pay him and were trying to get ahold of him to ask him how to pay him, and we were unable to get ahold of him yet again. When my husband and I expressed our frustration of never being able to get ahold of him for an update or even being able to pay him to send a letter, we were sent an email the next day with him stating that he wouldn't be representing us. This happened with no warning whatsoever and the whole time he had us believing that he was able to take on our case and draft a demand letter. We were able to get ahold of another lawyer and that lawyer was able to draft a demand letter within 24 hours. I believe that Chris was too busy to take on our case, but he should have been professional and told us that from the beginning so we weren't wasting our time. He was very unprofessional and his communication with us was horrible. I do not recommend this lawyer if you are wanting a lawyer who communicates and updates you, and if you want a lawyer who gets things done quickly.

divorce case

Chris represented me in my divorce. He is very professional and represented me well. He knows case law, is very patient, kept me informed and did excellent in the court room. I would recommend him to anyone seeking sound council in a divorce case. My divorce took 1 and 1\2 years and the results were ...better than i expected. I never had a problem contacting him. He did everything I asked of him and explained when he wouldn't.

Highly Recommend Chris Warden for Custody Cases

Chris is a great family law attorney. I had child relocation case which I knew was not going to be easy. Many other attorneys simply said it was going to be a big waste of time and money on my part. However, Chris was exactly what I expected a good attorney to be: aggressive, responsive and reliable.... He coached me prior to the depositions and trial, he was ruthless with the other party and in the end it helped us win the case. He is worth every penny he charges.

Custody issue

This attorney was a wonderfull attorney - the challenge that had to be overcame was a false birth certificate - then perternity had to be determained - Chris Warden law offices had the knowledge and the skill to overcome these issues - being a father that knew the mother falsyfied the birth recored w...as hard enough - mr wardens skills allowed the truth to be heared and in the end my child was protected from a mother that was abusing my child - due to the skills of my attorney it came out that the mother was abusing my child and that child protctive services had also took the other children in her care away from her - in this case the mother ran with my child to prevent the truth from comming out and that forced us to have to list my child as a missing person - in the end Chris Warden overcame these issues and helped me protect my child to the full extent of the law - well recomended
