Most recently, I have received professional service from Ken Siemens on 2 projects in the past 2 years. First was the merging of my business with another larger and similar-type of entity. In addition, he helped lay out an asset flow chart and communication plan, regarding contacting my family members, which brought great relief to my spouse and I regarding simplifying the entire process and making it a lot more manageable.
