Experienced, prudent and wise
Ken Siemens and all the employees of MTSE were extremely kind, compassionate, and professional for my personal injury case. They were not only concerned with my case but also were helpful when dealing with other aspects of my husband’s injuries. Resolved fast
After having an issue with a local car dealership I had no choice but to get a lawyer involved. I’m I contacted Mr Siemens and he was able to meet with me fairly quickly. Once he sat down to discuss my case, he was very professional, honest and straight forward with me. He did not promise anything but promised me he’d do his best to resolve my issue. He was able to help resolve my issue with a couple phone calls that allowed me to then go to the dealership and meet with the general manager. I felt very confident with Mr Siemens as my lawyer. I would use Mr Siemens for my future law needs if needed. The entire office staff was also very kind and polite. Very great experience overall.

Extremely competent and approachable
I am a minority owner in a small, closely held company. Our CEO and largest shareholder recently announced his retirement with very short notice and asked that I sign certain legal documents regarding the sale. I contact Ken for legal help and had a very short timeline in which to make a decision. He and his team were amazing and helped me understand the ramifications of the legal documents along with pros/cons of signing. I was very impressed with Ken's knowledge and his ability to explain complex legal concepts to me. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone needing legal services. He is extremely competent and very approachable which is a unique combination of traits.

He don’t give up
I went to three other lawyers they all told me the people had no insurance a friend told me that Ken said come see him I figured what was the worst he could say no they didn’t have insurance so I took him the papers that man Dug and dug until he finally got it figured out he took my case without a penny down he told me what was going to happen from the beginning to the end he walked me through step-by-step of how we was going to do it what we was going to do and when we was going to do it and that’s exactly what the man. did He don’t sugarcoat nothing he tells you flat out what it is or what’s going to happen the man change my life he will be a friend for the rest of my life one out of 10 if I would I would Hire him again it’s a 10 guaranteed he knows the laws Besides him being a great lawyer and very smart he also has a staff of very smart people you not just got one person working for you he’s got a whole team of very smart people That do their job they are all very kind courteous and caring he will be my lawyer for the rest of my life

Most recently, I have received professional service from Ken Siemens on 2 projects in the past 2 years. First was the merging of my business with another larger and similar-type of entity. His initial guidance and ongoing support proved to be of critical importance in getting the project successfully completed. In addition his immediate response to me, whenever a communication to the other party needed to be made, or technical point discussed, my spouse, CPA and other family members found him to be an invaluable asset and a terrific relief to me, from both a business and personal standpoint. The second project, which included personal estate planning for my own family, he made several recommendations regarding updating several documents and caught some major critical points which had not been previously addressed. In addition, he helped lay out an asset flow chart and communication plan, regarding contacting my family members, which brought great relief to my spouse and I regarding simplifying the entire process and making it a lot more manageable.

Trusts and wills
Ken worked with my wife and me on a set of trusts and wills for us. The situation was complicated because of both my wife and I having been married before. Each of us had children and we wanted ensure our separate assets went to each of our children. This required three trusts and two wills. Ken was thorough and accurate in completing the trusts and wills. I have known Ken for several years and have consulted him in the past when my first wife had a terminal illness and I required advice on how to proceed. He was thoughtful and compassionate.
