Errin Preston Stowell

Errin is a great lawyer. I give him my highest possible recommendation. He helped me out during one of the most difficult time of my life. He is a great lawyer for a lot of reasons, some of which: 1. FLEXIBILITY - unlike other lawyers, Errin met me outside of normal office hours. I work a regular... 8-5 job and it is hard for me to leave work during these hours. Errin went out of his way and met me after these hours. 2. RELIABLE - again, unlike other lawyers, Errin takes a special interest in his clients' cases. Instead of heavily relying on the help of paralegals, secretaries, etc, Errin works on your case himself and as such, is very familiar with it. As such, full reliance on him is definitely not a problem. You can be rest assured that he's got all bases covered. 3. RESPONSIVE - whenever I have questions about my case (usually complex ones), Errin responds within a short amount of time, normally within minutes of me sending an email. This is not to discount the fact that his responses are well written and easy to understand (not jargon-y) 4. UNDERSTANDING - As I have mentioned in #2, Errin takes a special interest in the cases that he handles. On our initial meeting, Errin listened to me very closely and addressed all my queries. He understood my concerns and responded to them in a way that made me feel comfortable. Errin is an amazing lawyer. He understands the difficulty of having to file for bankruptcy and does not take advantage of clients. He charged me very reasonably and treated me like a 5-star client. If ever you find yourself in a position to file for bankruptcy (which I hope not a lot of people would), definitely consider Errin Stowell. He is an amazing lawyer.

From the beginning Errin was awesome! If your experience is anything like mine you may have gotten a lot of "advertisement" letters from other attorneys (I started getting them before I knew any action had been taken). Errin's was personalized and didn't feel like a form letter soliciting new busin...ess. That was the reason I called him for a consult. When we met I found him to be very straighforward and was willing to do what was needed to get the process rolling with my case. Before we met, he let me know everything he needed so I was able to prepare in advance of our meeting. The list was overwhelming at first but definitely expidited the rest of the process because we had everything needed. He also helped reduce my stress and anxiety about my situation because he was non-judgmental, in fact he reassured me much throughout the process. Errin was great at responding to questions and providing additional information when requested. He also walked me through the entire process so I would know what to expect at every stage. I would defintely consult with him again in the future but really hope I never have to.

Like most people, it was very hard for me to realize that I needed to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but working with Errin made the whole experience very easy. He explained every step of the process clearly, responded to all my questions thoroughly, and handled everything that came up very promptly.... I felt I was in very good hands and compared with a couple of other attorneys I saw when I had my hearing with the bankruptcy trustee, Errin was much more competent and professional.
