Errin Preston Stowell

Errin is a great lawyer. I give him my highest possible recommendation. He helped me out during one of the most difficult time of my life. He is a great lawyer for a lot of reasons, some of which: 1. FLEXIBILITY - unlike other lawyers, Errin met me outside of normal office hours. I work a regular... 8-5 job and it is hard for me to leave work during these hours. Errin went out of his way and met me after these hours. 2. RELIABLE - again, unlike other lawyers, Errin takes a special interest in his clients' cases. Instead of heavily relying on the help of paralegals, secretaries, etc, Errin works on your case himself and as such, is very familiar with it. As such, full reliance on him is definitely not a problem. You can be rest assured that he's got all bases covered. 3. RESPONSIVE - whenever I have questions about my case (usually complex ones), Errin responds within a short amount of time, normally within minutes of me sending an email. This is not to discount the fact that his responses are well written and easy to understand (not jargon-y) 4. UNDERSTANDING - As I have mentioned in #2, Errin takes a special interest in the cases that he handles. On our initial meeting, Errin listened to me very closely and addressed all my queries. He understood my concerns and responded to them in a way that made me feel comfortable. Errin is an amazing lawyer. He understands the difficulty of having to file for bankruptcy and does not take advantage of clients. He charged me very reasonably and treated me like a 5-star client. If ever you find yourself in a position to file for bankruptcy (which I hope not a lot of people would), definitely consider Errin Stowell. He is an amazing lawyer.

Errin was outstanding from pre-filing interview to end of the case! He spent the time needed on the phone before I had even retained him to provide information and make me feel better about some concerns I had with going through the Bankruptcy process! Before filing, Errin spent more time and advi...sed me to hold off on filing until the timing was right.. this was legal advice that I would not expect from the big box attorneys that just want to get paid. I developed a good relationship with Errin throughout the process and was so glad that I chose an attorney that actually understood my needs and knew my name the day of court, unlike the many clients that were just a 1-800 number to their attorney

Bankruptcy is hard for anyone to have to do. Errin made the process go very smoothly. He was well prepared, followed up to all of my questions with excellent timing and had everything for the hearing judge when I went to the proeceeding. He knows what he is doing and doesn't try to hit your wallet fo...r the services he provides. He is very kind and I would recommend him to anyone that may need to file due to circumstances that may cause bankcruptcy.
