Biography
When founder Brian Costello began the law firm in 2000, he had one thing in mind, quality legal services provided by genuine, down to earth, competent attorneys. A Northland native and Park Hill graduate Brian Costello decided to enhance the community and open the law firm in the heart of the Northland. With extensive business and legal experience as a District Manager with Chrysler Corporation along with his business education receiving an MBA and Masters in Corporate Finance, Brian Costello was able to grow and expand the law firm to meet the ever-changing needs of his clients.
Now, 15 years later, the law firm exists to serve the greater Kansas City area in all areas of the law.
The firm continues with Brian Costello’s philosophy and looks to grow with our clients and fit their needs. We provide our clients with counsel that can only come from truly caring for our clients.

Took my money
I paid him last year $5,000 to represent my husband he assured me he would take care of it and he never gave me any information didn’t answer my calls nor text kept pushing the court date out. he would only text me when it involved money. Come to find out he’s suspended.

Con artist
After getting paid he doesn't show up for court and won't answer or return calls. Not sure how he keeps his license.

Great Attorney
I have used Brian several times in the past for traffic and MIP. He is always upfront on his fees and while not a miracle worker he knows the law and what he can and can't get done. You can call him anytime and speak directly with him. I like that.
