Biography
When founder Brian Costello began the law firm in 2000, he had one thing in mind, quality legal services provided by genuine, down to earth, competent attorneys. A Northland native and Park Hill graduate Brian Costello decided to enhance the community and open the law firm in the heart of the Northland. With extensive business and legal experience as a District Manager with Chrysler Corporation along with his business education receiving an MBA and Masters in Corporate Finance, Brian Costello was able to grow and expand the law firm to meet the ever-changing needs of his clients.
Now, 15 years later, the law firm exists to serve the greater Kansas City area in all areas of the law.
The firm continues with Brian Costello’s philosophy and looks to grow with our clients and fit their needs. We provide our clients with counsel that can only come from truly caring for our clients.

Don't waste your money on this attorney
We hired Brian Costello for our son's third DUI, paid him in cash $5,000. He promised again our son would only get 6-9 months in jail & he got 5 years. Total waste of money I would never use him again

Disbarred in Missouri now to!
Finally this crook has been disbarred in BOTH Ks and Mo!!! He took my boyfriends parents for $30k. Also Appeared illegally in court . However, due to his idiocy the conviction was set aside and a much better deal was made. How this man lives with himself I’ll never know. He’s the lowest of the low. M...

Terrible attorney, do not pay him any money
I hired him to represent me and he did nothing but continue the case out and then withdraw from the case. He never read the details of my case much less work with me to prepare a defense. He is also known to sleep with his clients in lieu of the retainer.
