Family Law Attorney

Custody modification

Best Divorce Lawyer Ever!

I had 7 other consultations with allegedly the "best" divorce lawyers in town. Kevin was better than all of them combined. I learned more from him in 30-mins of chatting than from all the others. I hired him months ago and he absolutely obliterated my ex. I got full sole custody, child support, and maintenance!

Best Lawyer i could have asked for!

I definitely recommend Mr. Puckett. He and his staff went above and beyond to help me in my divorce case with a autistic child involved. Mr. Puckett made it super easy to understand everything that was going to happen in the case step by step and never failed to explain something if i had any questions. Lots of help in a tough situation

Kevin did an awesome job. He made sure I understood everything about my case from top to bottom and was always there to answer any questions I had. He is a no-nonsense straight shooter that wont back down from a fight. Should I ever need assistance again Kevin would be my first call!

Remarkable

Absolutely do not recommend!

He was hired by me for my case outside of Avvo. I felt less than respected by this attorney. I wouldn’t wish for anyone else to go through this treatment. In my opinion, there are much more professional and reasonable attorneys in the area that will treat you with respect and dignity.
