In 2013, my adult brother suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result from a fall. Since that time, he has been in and out of the hospital, nursing homes, jail and the streets of Denver, Colorado. About two weeks ago, my brother finally made the decision to come to Kansas City so I could be his car...egiver. Earlier this week, a neighbor saw him in our shed and thought we were being robbed. Because of an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear in Colorado, they took my mentally disabled brother into custody and had plans to extradite him back to Colorado. I was heartbroken and put my situation on Facebook so my friends could pray for him. But they did more than that. Through social media I got countless calls, names of lawyers and advice. And in all of those messages, one friend led me to Jarrett. He allowed me to call him and cry, and explain my brother’s situation. He then acted quickly with the Jackson County court system, getting a hearing set and assuring me everything would be alright. He not only helped my brother avoid extradition, but gave me a calming ear to bend. I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for what he did for our family in just a short amount of time. My brother is now back home with me and I can take the time to sort out his legal issues in Colorado without worrying he will be suddenly taken away. Mr. Jarrett Johnson is a superb attorney and an outstanding human being! My case: A man entrapped me in a situation where he can claim I harmed him.
