I had a terrible experience with Devin, which contrasts with what others have written if they are legitimate. He had poor communication skills, and I had to remind him to follow up with the insurance company constantly. He never intended to take my case to trial and folded like a lawn chair on the fi...rst denial from the insurance company; I mean, there was no fight, nothing. He dragged the case out for four months, and I had to call him repeatedly to get him to follow up with the insurance company. It was apparent that he was not a litigator and was afraid to argue a real case in court. I feel like I wasted my time with him, and now I have to make up for the four months I lost because of his lack of action, So unless a check falls in his lap from the sky, don't expect to end up in court or him even putting up any fight; he is what I imagined an injury attorney would be, but worse. I believe that he is one of those attorneys known to settle cases and not litigate, so the insurance just had to say no, which was as confrontational as he gets. What a waste of time when I could have found an honest attorney.
