Casey represented me in a case against a former friend, who sued me for property and a very large sum of money as part of an alleged oral contract. Casey was very forthcoming, detailed, and respectful. He took my questions seriously and helped me through my options. My case went to trial, and I was ...very relieved with the outcome. His commitment to my interests showed with his professionalism and his well-prepared defense at the trial. My experience was horrible. Casey did not have my best interest at heart at all. From day one his physical presentation was not professional in anyway, not clean shaven, ill fitting sloppy clothes, late or didn't show to any appointment. He only answered one phone call and that was to demand more mon...ey for the little to no work he actually did. The rest was the paralegal. He seemed not very interested in anything I had. The paralegal handled all paperwork for me and she was actually nice and spoke well. The one hearing I had Casey didn't show and had to have another stand in. Unfortunately Casey's attitude turned me away from this place. I don't understand how you can demand money in a couple weeks when you can barely answer a phone call. When he said he wanted his money in a couple weeks or he was withdrawing I had no remorse in letting him go. Bad call listening to my one good review of him.

Casey stepped in late in my case when asked and didn't miss a beat. He is solid, honest and down to earth. I never felt once that he lacked the knowledge or confidence to support me and help me secure what was best for my children. Custody issues are so heated and emotional, and having a reasonable a...nd caring person on my side made a huge difference for my ability to keep fighting the good fight. Casey treats your money like his own and his paralegal is incredibly competent. He was able to ask her to work on some aspects of my case and save me money along the way. I felt I could ask anything if either of them and trust that their responsiveness and helpfulness would be there. After hearing all evidence, the judge accepted Casey's proposed judgment verbatim. Regardless, I felt 100% sure that with Casey on my team, we presented the best possible, complete and truthful case and I could easily accept another outcome should that have been the end result. When I met Casey I was very upset, feeling 100 different emotions all at once. I did not have much money to retain an attorney due to husband closing our joint accounts taking all money from both and opening a new account in his own name leaving me no financial support for 2 children I had with me as... well. Briefly discussed my situation of a marriage of 22/23 years filled with mental/physical, controlling abuse and made the decision to leave. I walked away from my home of 18 years because I knew if I had not and stayed my husband would not of left the home so then nothing would change. I am still waiting for my Temporary hearing date. Good to still meet people that really care/love their profession helping others and not just doing it for the money!!! Casey took what I could give at that time which was not much to retain his services after having a brief discussion on what my situation was and to me that spoke volumes!!!!

Casey Symonds is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. He did as asked and expected, but also offered advice when he thought it was necessary. He and his paralegal, Cindy, always responded to my emails promptly and processed my requests as quickly and expedient as possible. His ...fees seemed competitive. I liked how he billed minutes so I didn’t feel as if I were getting overcharged. He told me upfront what to expect for my divorce and the process and also for billing.
