Casey Josef Symonds

Casey stepped in to represent me in my divorce after a total failure by my previous attorney. My divorce was an absolute mess. Ugly in every way; from child custody, assets, abuse allegations, orders of protection cases, unpaid child support. There were a lot of facets involved. Casey navigated them ...all, not only with knowledge and personal care for me but efficiency and quickness. My divorce was sitting in limbo for almost a year, and he jumped in and drafted motions right away. I cannot recommend him enough. He is a hard fighter and a very caring attorney. I literally will not trust anyone else with future legal handlings.

When I met Casey I was very upset, feeling 100 different emotions all at once. I did not have much money to retain an attorney due to husband closing our joint accounts taking all money from both and opening a new account in his own name leaving me no financial support for 2 children I had with me as... well. Briefly discussed my situation of a marriage of 22/23 years filled with mental/physical, controlling abuse and made the decision to leave. I walked away from my home of 18 years because I knew if I had not and stayed my husband would not of left the home so then nothing would change. I am still waiting for my Temporary hearing date. Casey & Cindy have been very patient, caring, giving me all the information as quickly as they can. Both constantly checking in with me to see how my boys & I are getting along due to situations of harrassment/stalking issues with my husband. I do not know what the out come will be for my divorce but I do know I have found a Lawyer I will continue to use whenever in need of attorney but most of all everyone that works in the office is very friendly, giving you a feeling of really being cared about, sense of true, honest, caring people. Good to still meet people that really care/love their profession helping others and not just doing it for the money!!! Casey took what I could give at that time which was not much to retain his services after having a brief discussion on what my situation was and to me that spoke volumes!!!!

I had a divorce and custody case that was long (over a year and a half) and very difficult. Mr. Symonds always answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, was very helpful, professional, and supportive. I had a case between two states, trying to get jurisdiction to keep my child and me safe ...in Missouri. Mr. Symonds had to get findings from other states about jurisdiction of the child, and did a great job finding cases in other states like ours, to help us. We were able to stay in Missouri, he helped get my parenting plan in place, and received the help needed for my child based on back child support and division of the assets and debts.

I had a consultation, he asked for paperwork. Gave him paperwork and payment in full before court. He postponed it probably 5 times. it was very difficult to get him to reply to my questions. He got the case dismissed on a technicality, he was so proud of himself. Great the plaintiff re-filed and Cas...ey wanted payment for the next case. How did this help me? I asked him if he had a defense, he said "no, it's a contract". Hum, if that was his thoughts why did he accept to help me, oh money. $750. I would not recommend this attorney. Pleasant person but that's not what I paying him for.
