Casey represented me in a case against a former friend, who sued me for property and a very large sum of money as part of an alleged oral contract. Casey was very forthcoming, detailed, and respectful. He took my questions seriously and helped me through my options. My case went to trial, and I was ...very relieved with the outcome. His commitment to my interests showed with his professionalism and his well-prepared defense at the trial. I am overall quite pleased by his representation and would recommend Casey to anyone in a similar situation.

My experience was horrible. Casey did not have my best interest at heart at all. From day one his physical presentation was not professional in anyway, not clean shaven, ill fitting sloppy clothes, late or didn't show to any appointment. He only answered one phone call and that was to demand more mon...ey for the little to no work he actually did. The rest was the paralegal. He seemed not very interested in anything I had. The paralegal handled all paperwork for me and she was actually nice and spoke well. The one hearing I had Casey didn't show and had to have another stand in. Unfortunately Casey's attitude turned me away from this place. I don't understand how you can demand money in a couple weeks when you can barely answer a phone call. When he said he wanted his money in a couple weeks or he was withdrawing I had no remorse in letting him go. Bad call listening to my one good review of him.

I had a consultation, he asked for paperwork. Gave him paperwork and payment in full before court. He postponed it probably 5 times. it was very difficult to get him to reply to my questions. He got the case dismissed on a technicality, he was so proud of himself. Great the plaintiff re-filed and Cas...ey wanted payment for the next case. How did this help me? I asked him if he had a defense, he said "no, it's a contract". Hum, if that was his thoughts why did he accept to help me, oh money. $750. I would not recommend this attorney. Pleasant person but that's not what I paying him for.
