Elizabeth is a member of Armstrong Teasdale's Corporate Services practice group, Elizabeth Patterson is a skilled transactional and tax attorney. With her master’s degree in accounting and LL.M. in taxation, Liz counsels business organizations ranging from large corporations to emerging companies on corporate formation and governance, transaction strategy, private placements, tax policy and IRS disputes. She also has significant experience with commercial contracting and trust and estates.
Liz also prepares federal and state individual, estate, gift, corporate and generation-skipping tax returns, as well as fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts.
Elizabeth is also on the board of the E.F. Wildermuth Foundation of Columbus, Ohio.
